Valet Connections allows you to park your vehicle inside their garage to unload your luggage. They shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes. While you’re away, your vehicle is moved to a nearby lot and brought back on the day of your return. When you return to collect your keys, your vehicle is back inside the garage for you to load your luggage. They also have the option of bringing your vehicle to the airport instead, for a fee. You can receive your vehicle at the airport, load and go home.

This is the absolute best place to park around DTW. No dragging your luggage through the rain or snow to get to a shuttle bus. You drop your car undercover and you pick up your car undercover. They move it to a lot while you’re gone. It’s a fantastic plan and I will never park anywhere else.
The one downfall is their bathrooms. They are the reason why I can’t give them a five star review. They absolutely need to update and remodel their bathrooms. A thorough cleaning including the walls at the very minimum.

Fantastic service! Prompt, efficient and on schedule. When you return home to Michigan and your car is covered in snow, it is brought to you all cleared off while you wait inside with free hot coffee/tea/chocolate and cookies.

The customer service was very friendly. The drop off and pick up wait time was under 10 mins. The drivers are friendly. They load and unload your luggage. You feel first class riding to and from the airport in their M. Benz shuttle!!! Make sure you stop at their fancy coffee machine and grab a hot or cold drink! I appreciate that they have restrooms available to use. Overall great experience!

I had a issue because when we drop off the car on 4/23/25 the did not put in the note in the computer that the reservation was book threw a 3rd party and it was paid in full .. So when we got back on 4/30/2025 they charge my wife an extra $20 on top of what we had already paid in full. The one worker did not want to help try to get the issue resolve and had and attitude , But I would like to thank Haley for going above and beyond to assist me buy calling a manager and explaining what had happen and got it taking care of were I could get the $20 back . So thank you again Haley for all your help ..
